MS Exc Queue Mails Export Problem

Hi,

There was an error on Our MS Exchange Hub Transport Server and so we have to shut down this server. We installed a new hub transport server with the same IP adress and host name.

Now there isn't any problem to send\receive mails, but how can impor the queue on old hub server to new one?

I have done these settings, but there is no change.

I have copied the C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\v14\TransportRoles\data\queue andlog files to the new Hub Transport Server. But when i start the MS Transport Services, it creates queue.old folder and it creates newtmp.edb and mail.que files. So we couldn't see mails on the queue at the old Hub Transport Server.

I have changed the setting to <add key="QueueDatabaseRecoveryAction" value="None" /> at the path  "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\v14\Bin\EdgeTransport.exe.config". And I have copied theC:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\v14\transportroles\data\queue andlogs to the new Hub Transport Server but The MS Exc Transport Service is not starting...

How can fix it? How can import old queue mails to the new Hub Transport Server?
