Exchange 2010 SP1 + Outlook 2010 SP1 + Shared mailboxes = Sent items stuck in Outbox?

Hi all,

Running Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 5 with Outlook 2010 SP1 and have the following problem:

1. When a user sends an email from a shared mailbox we want it to appear in the SHARED MAILBOX sent items
2. At the moment when a user sends email using the FROM option in Outlook 2010, the sent item appears in the users own mailbox
3. We have installed a test machine and set the reg key DelegateSentItemsStyle to 1
4. When the test user sends an email using the FROM shared mailbox address, the email goes out fine as expected, but the email does not appear in ANY sent items this time.  Instead the email shows up in the OUTBOX of the users mailbox
5. The email sent fine, so I assume this outbox message is the one that is meant to appear in the sent items of the shared mailbox, but for some reason it just gets stuck in the original users mailbox

I have read forum posts stating that this functionality is broken in Exchange 2010 SP1 and doesnt work.  Could anyone confirm if they have had this working?

I should add to this that we are running it in ONLINE mode because Outlook is published via Citrix so we have no choice.  If I enable cached mode on the test workstation it works, but the idea of this post is to see if other people are able to get it to work in ONLINE mode.
