I have been searching online for an article i have read last year which suggested the best method for determining a users mailbox quota thersholds. We are going to be setting a 5gb and 2gb limit on users mailboxes and the article explained what the issue warning should be set to and the prohibit send and then finally the prohibit send and recieve.
The values were based on an average user being on holiday for 2 weeks or something similar
I was hoping someone would know of the article or be able to suggest resonable limits \ percentage for the warnings.
