RMS Shared Identity user FederatedEmail.4c1f4d8b-8179-4148-93bf-00a95fa1e042 not found

I'm in the process of installing a couple of Mailbox servers into a clean Exchange 2010 environment.  There are 3 HUB/CAS servers already installed and configured in the environment with no issues.  However, I cannot get the mailbox server role to install.  I keep encountering the following error:

There are a couple of postings in TechNet which reference running Setup.com /PrepareAD, however thatDID NOT fix the issue!

Has anyone else encountered this issue recently?
