Moving Public Folder Database in a unique situation

I'll use e2010 and e2007 as server names.

On e2010 I am seeing e2007 referenced when I type: "Get-PublicFolder -Recurse | fl Name, Replicas" but not the e2010 server.  I can run the scripts to move all the replicas to the new server but it never ends up changing.

The e2007 server has been powered off for about 6 months.  I though I had finished a migration to e2010, but apparently not.

What makes this unique is that I took it out of the domain then re-added it to the domain.  Was that a bad idea?  I ask because I see this on the e2010 event logs "Could not read the Security Descriptor from the Exchange Server object with guid=9E76012012FA6F42B2F1CBC67A822755. As a result the Proxy Address Calculation RPC interface will not be available on the local Exchange Server."

I'm not sure what my next steps should be from here.  I thought the public folders were working just fine all this time.

Thanks.
