We have ActiveSync setup correctly and works well. We quarantine devices by default and the user and "administrator" receive the quarantine e-mail message.
Question is how to change the auto generated e-mail so that we can change phone to Device...ipad and playbook are not phones :). i.e. - the message states:
Your mobile phone is temporarily blocked from accessing content via Exchange ActiveSync because the phone has been quarantined. No action is necessary on your part. Content will automatically be downloaded as soon as access is granted by your administrator.
