Some of our users have been complaining that they did not get some emails.
When we look at our anti-spam appliance, we can see the messages being cleared and sent to Exchange.
On the Exchange tracking logs, the messages are just not there. Nothing in the queues etc. Poof!! Gone!!!.
The last case that was brought to our attention showed in 'black and white' that 34 messages where submitted to Exchange, but only 32 actually show up in the tracking logs.
Where do I look for the missing 2 emails?
How can I see why a message was not accepted?
