I need to shut down and move an Exchange 2010 SP2 DAG member server to another physical site. This server is already configured with the proper IP/subnet/etc... of the destination site. Is it sufficient to simply put the server in maintenance mode, shutdown, move, boot, and end maintenance mode? The down time is anticipated to be about 5 hours. There is plenty of bandwidth for log replication between the 2 sites.
The end goal is for site-resilience (1 DAG stretched across two physical sites) with the secondary site being entirely passive. We will also have a CAS/HUB server at the secondary site which is not currently a member of the CAS Array.
