Having an issue with the online archive. To give you the history, we create an online archive for 6 users as a test bed to see how the retention tags we created and applied would work. They worked just as we wanted them to. Moving forward to last week, we had a disk issue on our SAN and the disk that was affected was also housing the disk for our Exchange mailbox servers. The mailbox db's became corrupt and we had to restore them from a recent backup. The only remaining issue is that the online archive folders are being seen in the folder list in Outlook but are not accessible. The online archive, since they we being used as a test were in the same db as the mailboxes. I was thinking that when the db's were restored the archive folders would also come back as well, not the case.
Has anyone seen this before or know of a way to get the online archive to be accessible again? The original db's are corrupt and can't be opened.
Any and all insight would be greatly appreciated.
