I'm trying to access an old user's email account. I've checked to make sure their account is active in MS Exchange 2010 and Active Directory. I'm able to log in to their account and set them up with Outlook but the only emails that show up are from a month ago and any new emails. When I check the account on the Exchange server, it says there are about 1700 items. When I add up all the items I can find through Outlook and OWA, I only get ~300 items. I've tried accessing this account from several different computers. I've tried running in cached and non-cached modes. I've deleted .pst files and started fresh. I've created new profiles. I even tried removing and reconnecting the mailbox to the account. Any idea on how/if I can get those ~1300 items/emails
