Manage Exchange Mailbox Permissions

I have given a user access permission to another users mail account via the Exchange Server Management Console with the  Manage Full and Send As permissions actions. Everything was fine and now I am removing those same permissions for that user from the mail account. I removed the users account but the problem is that this user still can see and access that users mail account with their Outlook profile and read and send emails for that account.

How do I stop the other email account from showing in this users account even after the permissions have been removed.

I get the following error (not really and error per say) when removing the user permissions.

Any and all help is appreciated.
