The user has been cancelling a reoccurring meeting as an organizer and the cancellation note delivers to all the attendees.
However, the meeting again reappears in his calendar. The user doesn't have emails configured on his smartphones or BlackBerry.
His Outlook Version is 2010 with SP1 on Windows 7 Professional SP1. The Exchange version is 2010 Enterprise with SP3.
This issue puts him in embarrassing situation with the attendees and his calendar also blocked with this frequent reoccurring meeting.
