Exchange 2010 SP1 "RPC can't be started because of the EMSMDB interface is already registered by another process"

Hello everyone,

I upgraded Exchange 2010 to SP1 and now the RPC Client access will not start and give me an error in the event log of "The Microsoft Exchange RPC service can't be started because the EMSMDB interface is already registered by another process"

I have tried setting the port for the MSExchangeRPC and this has not helped.   OWA works perfectly.
