How can I position the disclaimer to the left/right alongside the email's body text?

Hi,

I have been asked by my manager if we could add a disclaimer that would be aligned to the left alongside the message body (We write in Hebrew which is written right to left). I tried to use HTML tables by setting a transport rule that would prepend the message with the following HTML text (since that absolute positioning and floats aren't supported in most mail clients):

<table><tr><td>DISCLAIMER TEXT</td><td>

And then I added another transport rule to close the table like so:

</td></tr></table>

When I tested the results it seemed that Exchange automatically closed the tags at the first rule so that the message body actually appeared AFTER the table instead of WITHIN it.

Is there another way of achieving this? We cannot afford to buy another product for handling this issue.
