Outlook fails with new CAS server, but OWA & ActiveSync work fine

I have a new CAS Server that is not working when I try to set it as the RPC Client Access Server. It works fine for OWA and ActiveSync (internal and external), but it will not allow me to use Outlook with it. As soon as I set the new server as -RPCClientAccessServer, Outlook fails to load with this error: "The server is unavailable". If I try to set up an Outlook profile pointing at the new server, I get the following error:

  "Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

Settings (e.g., IIS Authentication) appear to match the functioning server, though I'm obviously missing something.  Any ideas?
