I have a very annoying issue which I've only noticed when trying to add a third node to our DAG.
The cluster name is showing as failed with the following event log errors:
Cluster resource 'Cluster Name' in clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' failed.
Cluster Network Name resource 'Cluster Name' cannot be brought online because the name could not be added to the system for the following reason: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. .
The Cluster service failed to bring clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' completely online or offline. One or more resources may be in a failed state. This may impact the availability of the clustered service or application.
Now I've check the DNS records are all fine, all servers can ping the cluster dns record with no issues.
I've already tried repairing the active directory account for the cluster which hasnt fixed the issue.

The Nodes and the Cluster Network are Online and are operating fine, my issue is that the Name isnt online.
This is the error the EMC gives me when trying to add the server to the DAG:
