We have an issue recently on some outlook clients randomly. They cannot download OAB files from CAS servers. All CAS servers have the updated OAB files from the mailbox server but they are not being downloaded by some outlook clients.
We have shut down some CAS servers recently which had issues after SP3 installation. Other than that we have not made any recent changes. All CAS servers have Exchange 2010 SP2.
They do not download new OAB files if we delete the existing files, instead they connect to the Default GAL in GC.
