Hello I really hope that someone can help me with a OWA problem I now have. I'm running Server 2008 R2 SP1. OWA has been working great for months now then there was an update (shudder) on 8-14 (Rollup 2 for Exchange Server 2010 SP 3). OWA stopped working then all I get is a blank white screen.
1. I started the Microsoft Exchange Forms-Based authentication service (was stopped)
2. I started the IIS using the Internet Information Services Manager. Tried to use the command Iisreset /noforce, but it just timed out.
3. Made sure that the RPC over HTTP proxy was good (even went so far as uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
4. I reset the virtual OWA directory. Then made sure that all the above services were running.
5. Tried to run the UpdateCas.ps1, using windows powershell (as administrator)but I get an error saying the snap-in 'Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010' is not installed. There was a brief flash of the snap-in for exchange powershell module when
windows powershell started.
6. I've tried to access the exchange powershell from the start menu, but it's not where it should be. Start > All Programs > Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 > PowerShell ? only the Exchange Management Console and Exchange server help is listed there.
This is driving me and my client nuts!
Any help would be a blessing! Thanks!
