I have a couple of room mailboxes set up on our Exchange 2010 server. I think it works in a typical way. Certain people have the ability to invite the room to a meeting in order to book it. The room accepts or declines depending upon availability. It works well.
I'd like to grant an office administrator the ability to edit or cancel appointments even if she is not the organizer. I'm reading in a few places that this isn't possible because of the nature of the room. I wanted to check before I try to come up with something entirely different.
