I am experiencing a "little" problem with the "SendAs-Permission" in Exchange 2010.
what I want:
- granting an user the right to send as another user
what works:
- giving the user "full permission" for the mailbox / he can see the content of the mailbox he needs "SendAs-Permissions"
what does not work:
- sending as the other mailbox
error:
"you do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user"
"sie besitzen nicht die berechtigung die nachricht im auftrag des angegebenen benutzers zu senden"
what I did (one by one, not all in one):
- giving SendAs-Permission via ADUC
- giving SendAs-Permission via Powershell
- giving SendAs-Permission via Exchange-GUI
- switching between exchange cache mode and not using exchange cache mode
- deleting OAB of that user
how can I solve this problem?
