Hi,
I have a very strange issue. We had Exchange Server 2010 SP3 installed in physical box running windows server 2008 R2. I also had installed Trend Micro WFBS 7.0 agent on the server for antivirus security. Something has happened to my antivirus and it was not working. So, I uninstalled the antivirus software. After uninstalling the antivirus, I was getting frequent BSOD errors. The machine will start, and once we enter the credentials, it will take me to the desktop. Then all of a sudden, I again receive the BSOD.
At this point, I again rebooted and tool the "Last Known Good Configuration". Unfortunately, after loading the Last Known Good configuration, the machine seems to be moved out of the domain. The machine name also has changed now. The name resembles the one which the machine bears after a first installation - WIN-580sXXX (something like that). While trying to login, I get the error "security database on the server does not have computer". We are managing the Server remotely. I have my on-site team checking this, but they are also not able to login. We dont have the local user account to login to the Server.
Even tried logging in to safemode, still the server is rebooting everytime it shows the login window. What can I do at this time. Does any one have any suggestions? If yes, please let me know. This is a live server and very critical.
Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks.
I also get a Repair option while rebooting. Should I try that?
