Using PST Capture - I forgot to check the boxes for non mail items

I used PST Capture to import mail for 6 users.  I forgot to check the boxes for non mail items, so I did not get Contacts or Calendar items.  

If I rerun PST Capture, will it create Duplicate Mail?
