Problem with language in exchange shell - prints "?"

Hi

my language is Persian and many mailbox display names are written in that

using command like get-mailbox and .. the shell returns all those characters in "????"

if i send the output to a text file, in there everything is ok (get-mailbox > c:\mails.txt"

also if the cmdlet supports encoding switch, i can use it to (like send-mail ........ -encoding UTF-8)

but as i said in EMS while running many commands i just see ????? instead of those characters

any way to correct this ?
