I only have 761 mailboxes (a few have 10GB mb size, the rest 2GB).
lately I've noticed that new users added to Exchange would take time to appear in our OAB. after two days if there are no updates (inspite of having added several new users), I would force an OAB update/file distribution restart, the works. this we finally get the new users. but why the need for a manual, force update of OAB?
