Get-NetworkConnectionInfo ERROR: The service cannot be started

I have a new W2K8 R2 server and Exchange 2010 system. During the install of "Update rollup 4" the update did not complete. I needed to manually reset a number of services from diabled to automatic. Down to my last issue. I open the Exchange Management Console, open the Server Configuration, edit the properties of the server, when I click on "External DNS Lookups" or "Internal DNS Lookups", I receive the following error:

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070422) It was running the command Get-NetworkConnectionInfo -Identity 'servername'.

When I open the Exchange Management Shell and run the command Get-NetworkConnectionInfo -Identity 'servername' it returns a similar error message:

ERROR: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070422)

What service is still disabled?

Thank you,

Pat Diminico
