Does anybody know of a quick way to get to the Discovery Search Mailbox via OWA, when logged into your own account? I know that when you are in OWA under your own account, and you receive the results from a search, you have that little [here] link you can click that opens a 2nd OWA window, bringing you o the mailbox for DiscoverySearchMailvbox{abc123-blah-abc123@yourdomain.com but if I have a user that needs to just get to the mailbox without having to jump through 10 hoops in their own OWA, that might be ideal.
I hear there is a way to add the mailbox in Outlook so they can do it that way, but my preference is to use only web-based so they can get to the disocvery mailbox from outside the org as well. Since the AD account for the discovery mailbox is disabled, I see no way to Log In to the discovery mailbox though which is fine, I would not want to change that.
So is the only way to get there via web-based access is to click that little [here] link in the search results?
Thank you.
Edited to add: Or will adding the mailbox in Outlook have the effect if it also shownig in their view in OWA - by assigning perhaps Full Access permissions for their user to the disocvery mailbox.
