Mailbox Copy is failed in DAG

Hi All,

I have recently created a new Mailbox Database and I am attempting to create a Mailbox Database Copy. I tried to reseed it (as it was failed when I created it for some reason) and when it finally completes (successfully I might add) it is still failed. I get this as the error:

The required log file 105843 for DB1\SERVERNAME is missing on the active copy. If you removed the log file, please replace it. If the log file is lost, the database copy will need to be reseeded using Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Configuration is:

Exchange 2010 Standard RU1 (I will go to RU3 but would at least like some DB resilience first)
Windows 2008 Enterprise R2
Two physical sites, same domain. (10MB Fiber)
