Exchange Powershell and Outlook Calander permissions not linked

Hi

I've been setting resource calendar permissions using exchange powershell shell, and gave ReadItems, DeleteOwnedItems and FolderVisable.

Some calenders don't allow free/busy information to be shown on the Scheduling Assistant view in Outlook, it says "You don't have permissions to see the recipient's free busy", but if I view the calendar in the normal monthly view I can see the events.

My colleague viewed the calendar properties through Outlook and said that it didn't have Free/Busy selected under Read.  He set this and now I can see the Free/Busy in the Scheduling Assistant, but in the exchange powershell shell when running the cmd Get-MailboxFolderPermissions - Identity meeting.room2:\Calendar it has now taken off the ReadItems permission but left DeletOwnedItems and FolderVIsable.

It looks like the Exchange powershell and Outlook permissions don't sync or don't understand each other.

Whats the correct way of doing this?
