Exchange 2010 SP2 Multi-Tenant Implementation

We are planning to implement Exchange 2010 SP2 multi-tenant environment as resource forest.  Here is my environment information:

Environment:

Number of Tenants =  200

Number of Users per Tenant = 50 to 80 Users

Note:- Each tenant has their own Windows 2008/2003/2000 active directory forest with their user accounts.

Requirements:

1.  create linked mailbox on the new exchange forest and point it to the user account at their original AD forest.

2. All Tenants should have their own OWA page.

Questions:

1. Can we setup Exchange 2010 SP2 multi-tenant as resource forest to host only the mailboxes while the user account are still hosted at their original forest?

2. Can we create linked mailboxes in the mulit-tenant environment and still able to achive the features of Exchange 2010 such as address book policy and archive policy?

3. From my understanding, user with linked mailbox created will have their account disabled from the Exchange forest.  Would this cause any problems when creating policies in the Exchange environment?

4. What would be the steps to install and configure Exchange 2010 SP2 with multi-tenant configuration?

Please help me.

Thanks in advance for your reply.
