Deleted a user and I have been ask to retrieve her mailbox. I created a user(dummy account) and reconnected the mailbox to the new user account. I log in to Exchange Management Console click on the "Disconnected Mailbox" right click on the deleted mailbox and click "Connect" , Choose "User Mailbox" click Next, "Existing User", Browse to the new user. Fairly simple process. I logged in to the new user and when I open the Outlook i receive an error, " Cannot open your default e-mail folder. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance" I tried logging in OWA with no luck. Any help with be very much appreciated.
