Excange DAG Backup Problems with Backup Exec

I am using Symantec BackupExec to with a job run on the Passive Copy of the DAG

when the job starting and reachs the "Updaing Catalogs" activity for every DB, the Active Copy Server of the DAG logs a 2 EVENTs followed:

EVENT ID 914: "Information Store (5168) The surrogate backup by MY-EXC-SRV has stopped with error 0xC8000777"

EVENT ID 914 :"Information Store (5168) MY-EXC-DB: The backup has been stopped because it was halted by the client or the connection with the client failed."

Although the Backup Job finished successfully on the Passive copy.. and i can manage restores.

but upon this error - the "Microsoft Exchange Writer" kept in status error on theActive Copy Server and i cannot run SME to backup it - until i make restart to whole server..

Symantec Forums doesn't have an exact answer, just in one Forum they tell to contact MS

cause need to expand the "timeout" between the active and the passive..

anyone workaround? suggestion?
