Moving Exchange 2010 DAG member to a DR site

HI Profs,

I am going to move my exchange 2010 server  ( DAG Member ) from Primary Site to DR site. 

I want to run the following command on Exchange 2010 server.

Set-MailboxServer <ServerName> -DatabaseCopyAutoActivationPolicy Blocked

I want to do this in order to prevent the DAG member from becoming an Active Member. 

I wanna confirm you guys this can be done in Exchange 2010 or the above command is Exchange 2013 specific command.
