Hi, we're new to Exchange/Outlook (coming from Groupwise 8) and we can't get delegation to work when displayed on the navigation pane. The user's account name displays there but when we click it, we get :
Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Outlook cannot access the specified folder location.
We can, however see its content through File / Open / Other User's Folder. But it's not practical (having to go file open every time you leave the folder). So we know it's somehow working but would really like to get the delegated user to work in the navigation pane.
We're running Windows 2008 R2 SP1 / Exchange 2010 SP1 on the server and Windows 7 SP1 / Office 2010 on the workstations.
Anybody have a clue what's going on?
Thanks in advance for any help you could provide
