I get an error that says The Junk E-mail Filter is not available for your Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account because you are working online. To enable the Junk E-mail Filter for this account, switch to Cached Exchange
Mode. when I click "Block Sender" on an email. I went into my account settings and Cached Exchange Mode was already checked, so I unchecked it, restarted Outlook, checked it again, and restarted Outlook. I still get the same error. Is
there anyway to fix this?
