Exchange 2010 OWA blank page

Installed a new, clean installation of Exchange 2010 for testing. Configured OWA but when attempting to access (Windows 7, IE8 and Firefox), OWA just shows a blank, white page. No error, nothing. On Firefox it says it needs to be able to run scripts, but nothing works to view the default OWA site.

Installed UR1 thinking it would resolve the blank page issue, but it still persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
