Exchage 2010 mailbox role install error

I am getting an error when i try to install the mailbox role.  I have already run the AD prep commands and i have successfully installed my CAS,HUB and Edge roles.  I am reposting this to make it a question and not a discussion.  Can anyone tell me what this means?  thanks for your help.
