NDR with X500 has +40

I have received a NDR with strange X500 value . Usually i find article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2807779/en-us use full to convert value but this is something else . I could not find any reference of +40 and what it should be translated to below is the NDR which i am getting and next to that is what i have been able to translate it to :

IMCEAEX-_O=Mail_ou=FR_cn=Recipients_cn=comcallcenter+40abc+2Ecom@xyz.com

Converted one so far :

/O=Mail/ou=FR/cn=Recipients/cn=comcallcenter+40abc.com
