RU4 vs RU4-v2

Hi Guys,

I try to finish my Exchange 2010 Upgrade to SP2 with RU4-v2 and I have a question for you :

If RU4 have been installed before RU4-v2, do I need to uninstall RU4? Could it avoir some bugs or conflicts?
