Fresh installation for exchange server 2010 with multiple accepted domains on 1 exchange server

internal domain name egy.local

external accepted domain name :  egy.com  ,  alex.com  ,italy.com

i hosted my 3 domains on different hosted company

on each domain external control panel i make A record refer to my exchange ip or firewall

mail.egy.com = A record = 136.214.21.1  

mail.alex.com =A record = 136.214.21.1  

mail.italy.com = A record = 136.214.21.1  

i will using my internal certificate authority to issue certificate .

i will using SAN certificate

i enabled owa, activesync ,autodiscover , outlook anywhere

according to above

questions :

1 -what is the names should included in my certificate ?

2 -what is the internal and external url for owa , autodiscover ,outlook anywhere , activesync

3 -The Internal and external url attribute of Exchange 2010 Web Service (EWS)

4- The Internal and external url attribute of the Offline Address Book Web service

5 - regarding to external outlook client when they configure the outlook 

exchange proxy server : will be mail.egy.com  or mail.alex.com or mail.italy.com

or i can connect any of them , logically i can coz all refer to the same ip but i need confirmation .

6 - how can avoid this warning message : 

"The name of the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site"
