A user accidentally deleted all of their calendar items. I'm wanting to recover the deleted items for them from the "Recover Deleted Items" (Dumpster)
I've given an account "Full Mailbox Access" to the user's mailbox, but When I try to recover anything I get the following error.
Outlook was unable to recover some or all of the items in this folder. Make sure you have the required permissions to recover items in this folder and try again...
Are there permissions I can give to the account I'm using which will allow it to recover email from the "Recover Deleted Items" (Dumpster) for the user?
I know I can do a Discovery search for the items. but in my discovery does not show the Date/time that the items were deleted. And in this case, That's the criteria I need to restore by since his Iphone deleted it all at the same time.
