Unable to install a second Exchange 2010 Server in Infrastructure

I'm trying to install a second Exchange 2010 server within my infrastructure.  I'm currently running Windows 2008 R2 Data Center in my network.  I currently have Exchange 2010 running within my network.  I'm trying to install a second Exchange 2010 serve within my network.  My goal is to decomission my old hardware.  Therefor I want install a second Exchange 2010 server in my network and move all mail boxes to the new server.  I have one Windows 2008 R2 DC and all the servers are Windows 2008 R2 Data Center.  The old and new Exchange server are also Windows 2008 R2 Data Center Servers. 

I get the following message when I try to install the second Exchange 2010 Server on a Windows 2008 R2 Data Center Server:

Why am I getting this above message?  I don't recall having this problem when I installed Exchange 2010 the first time.
