We've had a dag for about 3 years. not too many problems. one server in Houston, one server in New York. Houston is primary Cas. Anyway, we recently virtualized new york. And new york is down because of Hurricane and it seemed to take the cluster/dag with it. this is the error message i get in the failover service manager and i can't mount any of my databases on my Houston server?
The Cluster service is shutting down because quorum was lost. This could be due to the loss of network connectivity between some or all nodes in the cluster, or a failover of the witness disk.
Run the Validate a Configuration wizard to check your network configuration. If the condition persists, check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapter. Also check for failures in any other network components to which the node is connected
such as hubs, switches, or bridges.
I've submitted a ticket with microsoft but was hoping maybe one of you could provide some insight...emails is down for the whole company....so panicking a little...:)
