unable to backup Public Folder Database

Hi,

I have problems with the backup from the public folder database ond exchange 2010.

All other DB backups work without problems.

I try to backup the public folder database with snapmanager for exchange from netapp, and get all the time the follwoing error:

Error in calling VSS API: Error code = 0x80042306

Error description: VSS_E_PROVIDER_VETO

At the moment we have a exchange 2003 and exchange 2010 server in our company.

If anyone could help me, I would be very grateful.
