I migrated a user from 2003 to 2010 exhcange. but the migration tool would not work and kept failing. so what I did was back up thier email to .pst file and then from exchange tasks, deleted thier 2003 mailbox. then I created a new 2010 mailbox for them and added it to thier existing AD account. I have updated the smtp on the new mailbox to the old one from the 2003. This was to keep thier same email address.
But now the users emails are sporatically undeliverable
Here are the email errors:

It's as if I missed a step or the GAL is not updated for the rest of the users? not sure but any idead would be great.
