Hi guys,
I have been trying since several days to setup an equipment Mailbox with delegate approval, but I am not able to make it work...
The server is running on Exchange Server 2010 and the client are all running on MS Outlook 2003.
I have tried everything that I read on several forums, read the Microsoft Exchange Library on Technet and tried everything. Nothing works...
This is what I would like to do :
- An equipment mailbox already exists that reprensents a car
- I want to set a person who is a delegate.
- Each meeting (book the car from an hour to another) must be accepted by the delegate
Now, the metting request is automatically approved, even if I set a delegate on it.
I also tried to setup delegates on a Room Mailbox, but it also does not work.
By now, I used the Exchange Managment Console and the Outlook Web Access, no Power Shell at all. I am not a Power Shell user, I am not used to manage Exchange with it.
Please can you help me to resolve my issue ?
