update rollup role order and multiple versions

Hi,

I'm preparing for rollup 4 v2 for SP2.

Do I update the roles in the same order as a service pack (cas, hub, mailbox) or it doesn't matter?

Can Exchange roles have different versions of the rollups.  I want to rollup a few mailbox roles and complete later if my maintenance window is too short.
