Can't open Management Shell or Console - Reached limit of Powershell Concurrent Connections?

I tried Logging off, but that doesn't help, I don't have any other windows open...  I've seen the articles on how to raise the limits, but I'm not interested in doing so.  I would just like to close the current open sessions, so it will let me manage Exchange again.

Error:

"Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WS-Management service cannot process the request. This user is allowed a maximum number of 18 concurrent shells, which has been exceeded.
Close existing shells or raise the quota for this user. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
