How can I prevent distribution groups from going to suggested contacts?

Sometimes messages sent to a dynamic distribution group don´t work.

When it happens, we delete user´s outlook suggested contacts and send messages again, so it works.

How can I fix it? or how can i prevent these contacts from suggested contacts?
