After installing 2010 and updates I was surprised (and a little concerned) to find
that I wasn't receiving any certificate warnings on my existing domain Outlook 2010
users. Further investigation shows that I can see an Exchange Routing Group but don't see any signs of the default routing group connector that was supposed to be created during setup. If I run
Get-RoutingGroupConnector from the Exchange Powershell nothing comes up so I
assume that means it's not seeing any? On the 2010 box I'm also receiving events
5006 and 5009 (below) that tell me that I don't have the two servers
connected:

What step did I miss? I've discovered that I had not suppressed link states on the Exchange 2003 box prior to installation but I've gone back and resolved that...still no connectors.
