Manually remove Exchange 2010

Hi,

I know it is not supported but I need to manually remove an exchange 2010 server. We have 3 exchange servers exchange 1 (exchange 2003), exchange 2 (exchange 2010 sp1), exchange 3 (exchange 2010 sp1). 

Exchange 2 is offline and cant be brought back, before it went offline all resources were successfully moved to exchange 3. I need to just remove it from AD using ADSIEDIT. I have done this before easily for exchange 2003 but have not tried for exchange 2010?

I need to be careful as not to effect the exchange 1 and exchange 3
